Effective Date

Effective October 1, 2021, the Tallahassee International Airport (“TLH”) authorized Vector Airport Systems, LLC (“Vector”) to manage the billing and accounts receivable for General Aviation (“GA”) Landing Fees for fixed-wing aircraft on behalf of the Airport.

Effective October 1, 2022, TLH authorized Vector to manage the billing and accounts receivable for GA Landing Fees for rotary-wing aircraft (helicopters) on behalf of the Airport.

“Landing Fees” is a commonly used term that refers to aircraft operating fees.

Aero Center Tallahassee is a full-service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) located on the North Apron at the Airport. Aero Center offers Flight Crew and passenger amenities including 100LL and Jet-A aviation fuel, a full complement of ground services, hospitality bar, private restroom with shower, and wireless internet. The FBO offers a pilots’ flight planning room complete with lounge, sleep room, television with an assortment of video games and movies to enjoy. Rental cars services and catering services are also available with advance notice. Aero Center Line Service Staff and Customer Service Representatives provide First-Class professional customer and aircraft services. Aero Center Tallahassee offers approximately 7-acres of accessible ramp space, a full-range of FBO services, tie-down spaces, 64 T-Hangars with both manual and electric doors, and 5 larger box hangars ranging from 5,000-15,000 square feet. Aero Center is in the planning phase of constructing a new FBO facility to include over 15,000 square feet of revolutionary FBO office and leasable space, an additional 24,000 square foot hangar, and a Private Segregated VIP Lounge with a separate waiting area and exit to allow secure passage to and from the ramp for those customers requiring dedicated and discrete security and isolation from the public areas.
